Implied Odds, Hand Marginalization, and Stack Depth

   Deep stacked tournaments are my favorite tournament types for several reasons, the primary of which is because they allow me to play a wider variety of hands and show a positive expectation with those hands.  To clarify before we get started, when I say 'deep stacked' I'm usually referring to tournaments in which the average stack is going to be 80-100 big blinds or more several levels into the tournament.

   Most players that are inexperienced in deep stack play make several errors and have several misconceptions that I am going to review here and hopefully it will help you, the readers, improve your deep stack play.
